Hi, my name is Miss Conklin. I am running the Junior Chamber Orchestra this year. Junior Chamber Orchestra is a small accelerated ensemble. We play popular music and some advanced classical music. Students in seventh and eighth grade orchestra are eligible to participate. It is an audition based ensemble. If you want to audition, you can sign up on the link on Google Classroom in the orchestra.

Google classroom rehearsals will be Tuesdays from 3 to 330, right after school in the Parkway Orchestra room. Some reasons to join the chamber orchestra are that it's fun. It'll give you lots of opportunities to perform and practice more, and to prepare you for future ensembles like going into the high school and you'll just grow as a musician.
