Hello, this is Mrs. Casler, and together with Mrs. Humpf, we are the advisors of the Tolerance Club. This is a club open to students in grades six through eight. We meet on Mondays twice a month. We are an after school club, so we would be meeting from 245 to 3:30 p.m.. Meetings are held in the seventh and eighth grade building in room 280, which is upstairs by the cafeteria.

What is the Tolerance Club? The club discusses how we can be mindful of ourselves and others. It is open to students in grades six, seven and eight, and members will discuss how to spread awareness and equality while maintaining the highest level of respect for all, regardless of sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, race, religion or ability. The purpose of the club is to create a fun and positive school environment that celebrates us being ourselves. During club meetings, we will discuss a variety of monthly themes, have guest speakers create positive and informative posters to display throughout the middle school and parkway buildings. It is open to any student who is respectful and kind. We will announce when there is a club meeting. Remember we will be meeting twice monthly on Mondays. So when we are having a meeting, you can always stop by room 280 and see us. I also made sure to post our email addresses if you had any questions, and you could always stop by and ask us questions.
