The Whitesboro Central School District is excited to announce that we are now offering the convenience of online athletic registration through FamilyID, which is now part of the ArbiterSports family!

FamilyID is a secure registration platform that provides you with an easy, user-friendly way to register for our athletic programs, and helps us to be more administratively efficient and environmentally responsible. When you register through FamilyID, the system keeps track of your information within your FamilyID profile.

During the registration process, you will choose your sport/level of choice and complete all of the forms that we previously provided in hard copy form.

• Health History Update, Dominick Murray Cardiac Prevention Act, Guidelines for Interscholastic Athletics, Procedures for Determining Academic Eligibility at the Middle School and High School, Parent Permission Form, Student Accident Insurance Plan and Emergency Contact Card Information
   
• NYS School Health Examination Form and Authorization for Administration of Medication can be uploaded through FamilyID or submitted directly to the school health office

A parent/guardian can register by clicking HERE.

Please follow the steps below to register as a new user on FamilyID:

1. Create and activate your FamilyID account HERE.
    
2. After you sign up for an account please check your inbox for an activation email from FamilyID. You will need to click on the link in that email to activate your account.
    
3. Once you have activated your account, you will be ready to register for our program!

* If you are registering multiple students from the same family, be sure to create only
one account. You will be able to choose the option of adding a new participant once
you have completed the first student’s registration
